If you would like to receive a confirmation of the bill payment, you can receive it online in your Customer Space: the information is set out in your file. You can also receive confirmation by using our automated telephone service: call customer services at 1 888 385-7252, select option 2 and then option 1, and then follow the instructions.
If instead you would like to know how to pay your electricity bill, we should point out that there are a number of ways to do so, such as by pre-authorized debit, through your financial institution, in person or by mail. For more information on the various ways to pay your bill, go to our Web site.
