Surveys that were recently released to the public [in French only], indicate that, overall, our customers are satisfied with our service, although a decrease in their level of satisfaction has been noted over the past few years. Accordingly, we are always striving to improve our performance and will spare no effort to do so.
This platform is an example of our willingness to communicate with all our customers and to answer their questions in order to better explain our activities. For instance, last year, our electricity exports generated profits of more than $800 million that went towards the company’s net income.
Our wish is to restore the public’s sense of pride in Hydro-Québec, which belongs to all Quebecers. Accordingly, we want to work better every day to serve you better.
