We launched an information and advertising campaign because we want to better explain our activities to our customers. With improved, more regular communication, we hope to strengthen our ties with our customers, better understand their needs and serve them better. The campaign is not limited to advertising: we also created this Web site and prepared several short videos, and we are also pleased to communicate with our customers on Twitter.
It is important to note that this campaign is covered by Hydro-Québec’s annual advertising budget and will have no impact on rates.
Naturally, we have also launched initiatives to make concrete improvements to our customer services.
