Every fall, we do an annual review of your consumption, which allows us to set the monthly installments for the next twelve months. We then advise you of your new monthly installment on your bill or your bill notice (if you are signed up for Online Billing).
If you have a Customer Space on our Web site, you can modify your monthly installments yourself, based on your actual consumption. For more information about this service, you can watch this video.
