We are working on setting up an electricity management tool so that you can track your daily electricity use in your Customer Space. In the meantime, you can view your consumption profile in your Customer Space on our Web site. It shows you your electricity use from month to month or year to year.
Some clarifications regarding the application of the domestic rate are in order. Rate D includes a lower price for what we call the first tier of energy. But, to go back to your question, the first tier doesn’t correspond to the first 30 kilowatthours used each day, but rather to a block of electricity used that corresponds to 30 kWh multiplied by the number of days in the consumption period. For example, if your consumption period covers 62 days, 1,860 kWh (30 kWh × 62 days) will be billed at the rate for the first tier.
