If we understand correctly, you’ve signed up for the Equalized Payments Plan (EPP) and receive a monthly bill. The annual review takes place at the end of the summer, between July and September. The new amount for your monthly payments will be set at that time, according to your electricity consumption over the year and other relevant factors.
