That’s a good question. Bills are currently issued according to a pre-established yearly billing schedule, which does not allow us to send bills at set dates. We are sensitive to the needs expressed by our customers, especially with regards to billing. Although practically all of our customers now have next-generation meters that do not require manual reading, we must also adjust our current billing system to be able to offer new options to our customers, such as monthly and fixed-date billing. We are currently studying the technical feasibility of billing at regular dates, as well as the costs associated with developing this new billing option.
