Unfortunately, we can’t tell you the amount of your next bill until we get your meter reading. Your meter is read according to a pre-established schedule.
However, to find out the date of your next bill, you can go to your Customer Space. You’ll see the date directly beneath the balance on your account. You have 21 days from that date to pay your bill. If you haven’t created a Customer Space on our Web site, you can call our customer service representatives at 1 888 385-7252 before your departure.
To make your life easier, we suggest you sign up for Online Billing. You’ll receive an e-mail telling you the amount to be paid and the due date. You’ll be on top of things, wherever you are!
To simplify your life even further, you can sign up for Pre-Authorized Debit, so that the amount on your bill is automatically debited from your bank account on the due date. You can also sign up for Online Payment to pay your electricity bill directly from your Customer Space. Both are simple, secure payment methods.
